Hessewell and Brounish request right be done to them and that the debts of the dead bishop be acquitted as the late bishop was seised of the wardship of the heir of the earl of Warwick who held the manors of Castle Barnard, Gainford, Quarrington and Long Newton and afterwards was ousted by the king, and died while pursuing his right and recovery of the wardship in the parliament of Lincoln and in Chancery.
