Pyssone requests that whereas the admiral's lieutenant delivered to him in the port of Southampton 42 tuns of wine, upon which Street's attorney demanded 2 tuns for prise, Lions's attorney demanded 2s per tun, and the customers of Southampton demanded 4d per tun, that writs be directed to Street, Lions and the customers to return his prise and money because the wines were captured off the coast of Belle-Isle and taken back to Southampton and therefore he should not have to pay the customs.
