Loundres requests that whereas Istelep brought a writ of error against him before Darcy to reverse a judgment on an assize of novel disseisin which Loundres brought against Istelep and others of his freehold in Naas, Killeshe, [...]arounesrath and Kyllyn, in response to which Loundres put forth two letters from Melton and Stephen, Archbishop of Armagh witnessing that Istelep was excommunicated, which letters were not entered in the record because he sued his writ outside the Chancery to the justice of Ireland but are now in the chancellor's hand, and because the case has now come before Scrope, that the chancellor have the letters before Scrope on the quindene of Easter.
