Disseford requests that a writ be granted to the mayor and recorders of London to cease the plaint brought by Burton against Norwich for a debt as Burton has brought this in deceit of the king and in disturbance of the payment of the debt of Thorpe to the king, the goods of whom were granted to the petitioner and others by Thorpe.
