Joce Penros states that he has long sued to have the errors in a plea between the King and Joce, at the suit of John Slegh, King's butler, concerning certain wines in a Prussian ship that were considered to be enemy goods, acknowledged and rectified, but without success. He asks that the errors might be heard and corrected, or that he might have a day at the next term, on the mainprise he has already found to sue, so that the errors might be corrected and his mainpernors kept unharmed.
