1) [French] Chaumberleyn requests the King's confirmation of a grant made to him by the Earl of Kent because of his losses and service when Valois came into Gascony, as appears by the letters below, and that the King will inform the seneschal and constable of Bordeaux that he can continue to keep and hold the same as he has done before this time.2) [Latin] Letter from the Earl of Kent to the King informing him of his grant to Chaumberleyn of the lands and rents which Fargues and Dilis had in Lontirano, dated at Bordeaux on 10 January 1324 [1325].1)
