- The prior of Bridlington requests that whereas there used to be a road beside the sea from Bridlington to Kingston upon Hull, by which road the prior and his men and other men of the country used to travel from Bridlington to the King's market at Hull, the town of Hedon, and all other towns of Holderness where there are markets, which road has been destroyed by the influx of the sea, and those who have their lands there adjoining the sea are unwilling to permit the prior and his men or anyone else of the country to pass over their lands beside the sea as they used to do, that a new road be made for them.

- [Latin] Lisle, Threekingham and Oysel are to be assigned to hear and determine etc. or two of them etc. and if the road is not sufficient they should create another road to the least harm of the men of those parts, so that the King will satisfy those whose lands are assigned for that road for the value of the said lands.
