Nature of request
Reppes requests that whereas the St Ive, assigned to take wool and hides according to certain points of his warrant, by malice and without reasonable cause took 11½ sacks worth 120 marks from him and imprisoned him for eight weeks, wherefore Reppes complained before Inge and his companions in Norfolk of St Ive's trespass, but Inge was unwilling to hear and determine these complaints, that Inge be ordered by writ to do him justice or that his case be heard before le Brabazon and his companions.
