- The burgesses of Great Yarmouth request that the charter granted to them by Edward I, repealed in parliament by false suggestion, be restored to them with clause 'licet' and without making fine. The earl of Suffolk and his companions held an inquisition into whether the charter could be restored to the burgesses without prejudice to King and country and have returned their verdict in this present parliament.
