- The petitioners request a remedy for the case where people have lent money to others who have died before the day for repayment, so they have sued to their executors for payment; and where there are three executors, when the case comes to the grand distress, two appear but the third defaults, and so they fourch from day to day in court, never coming to answer, and the creditors can never have repayment.
