Russian Empire: Crimea (now part of Ukraine): Yenikale (near Kerch). 'Plan of Yeni-Kale shewing the Works of Defence'. Scale: 1 inch to 400 feet. Compass indicator. Traced from a survey by Major Crease and Captain Maquay, Turkish Contingent Engineers; this copy annotated with a certification as a true copy by the Director of the Topographical and Statistical Depot, War Department, 29 March 1856, but the certification lacks the Director's signature.
