Corfu (Kerkyra): Vidos islet. (9) Number 1: 'Plan of the Island of Vido, shewing the Works as completed. Transmitted with reference to Par. 2, Secn. 12, of the Code of Regulations': map, also showing other defences, magazines, etc. Reference tables to fortifications and armaments. Compass indicator. [Drawn by] Lieutenant Richard Tylden, Royal Engineers, 10 February 1841; signed by Lieutenant Colonel A Brown, Commanding Royal Engineer, 23 February 1841. Various additions and corrections, mainly in pencil. Signed by Major F H de Vere, Royal Engineers, 13 September 1861. Stamped by the Board of Ordnance. (8) A more detailed reference table to armaments, on a small piece of blue paper, is affixed to the face of the map.
