Four sheets of drawings of fortifications: (4) number 5: 'Upper Plan of the Lunette and Defensive Communication ...', with an elevation and sections; (5) number 3: 'Upper Plan of the Keep and Principal Work ...', with sections; (6) number 4: 'Ground & Basement Plan of the Lunette Wellington ...'; (7b) number 2: 'Ground-Plan of the Keep and Principal Work ...'. Reference tables to item (5-6) and (7b). Scale: 1 inch to 30 feet [1:360] (plans); 1 inch to 15 feet [1:180] (sections and elevations). All items [drawn by] Lieutenant Richard Tylden, Royal Engineers: (4-5) 9 February 1841; (6) 10 February 1841; (7b) 1 February 1841. Each item signed by Lieutenant Colonel A Brown, Commanding Royal Engineer, 23 February 1841. Various pencilled additions and corrections to item (7b); signed by Major F H de Vere, Royal Engineers, 14 September 1861. Dimensions: (4) 58 cm x 92 cm; (5) 91 cm x 61 cm; (6) 60 cm x 92 cm; (7b) 59 cm x 91 cm.
