- Robert Bays requests remedy, stating that, while he was at Calais in the king's service, Grace and Kenyngton took and threatened his chaplain, William, until he brought them a bond for £80 out of the petitioner's house. Bays has sued this before the mayor and aldermen without success, and Grace has since brought a fictitious suit of trespass against Pasforde, to whom the bond was made along with Bays, and that this bill is pending and Pasforde detained in prison.
