Nature of request
The Earl of Suffolk states that the king has granted him the reversion of the lands of William de Ufford on the deaths of Queen Anne and the Countess of Suffolk, and that meanwhile he should receive £200 out of the Hanaper and lands worth £300 per annum from those formerly held by the Earl of Kent. He therefore requests that the king order that letters be issued granting him various lands and fee farms in fulfilment of this grant, and also further lands in lieu of another grant of £10 per annum due to him from the queen's manor of Costessy.
