- The tenants and the people of the surrounding countryside request an inquisition to Haukeston and the sheriff to enquire of the wrongs of Thedmersh who took hay, oats and litter from them for the king's horses without payment, and of other excesses. They also request that Thedmersh's executors are not pardoned until the matter has been examined and satisfaction has been made to the king and them.
