Captain R. Edwards, the Severne in the Downs. His viol being broken, he cut off another from the stream cable and requests an order for another stream cable, a best bower cable and a suit of French colours as the Saudadoes has taken two small prizes by being taken for a French frigate. The Severne is a fine sailor, he chased 3 privateers just out of Dunkirk and requests 30 beds and surgeon's necessaries.
