(6) Plan of 'Quebec Shewing the ground... which is held on lease by the Ordnance till the 1 st Nov r 1852 ... and now proposed to be permanently acquired for the defences of Quebec'. With an overlay: showing the ground divided into building lots. Scale: 1 inch to 200 feet [1:2,400]. Compass indicator. Copied by Charles Walkem, surveyor and draughtsman, Royal Engineers, 4 December 1851. Signed by C Streatfield, Lieutenant Colonel, Commanding Royal Engineer, to accompany his letter of 3 December 1851 to the Inspector General of Fortifications.
