Channel Islands: Jersey. (3) No 2: 'Plan, Sections and Elevations of an 18 P r Carronade as mounted on some of the Towers in the Island of Jersey 1837'. Scale: 1 inch to 1 foot. (4) No 3: plan, elevation and sections showing a Carronade similar to (3). (5) No 1: 'Plan Section and Elevation of an 18 P r Carronade as mounted in the Casemates at Fort Regent... 1837'. Scale: 1 inch to 1.5 feet. All signed by Charles Oldershaw, Lieutenant, Royal Engineers, 29 June 1837; and by J Oldfield, Lieutenant Colonel, Royal Engineers, 30 June 1837, to accompany his letter of 28 June 1837 to the Inspector General of Fortifications. Dimensions of sheets: (3) 43 cm x 53 cm; (4, 5) 54 cm x 43 cm.
