Merchants of the Bardi and the Peruzzi.

Nature of request
The merchants of the Bardi and the Peruzzi state that when they King last went overseas they were granted certain assignments on the ninth in seven counties, and were charged with paying certain debts with this sum, as can be seen from an indenture made between them and the King on this. They ask that these assignments might be kept to and not delayed or interfered with, so that they can make the payments they have undertaken and maintain their estate and their credit. A list of assignments follows.
Nature of endorsement
A writ is to be sent to the receivers of the ninth . . . . each county contained in this bill to make delivery to the merchants of . . . that their assignments show, and if they are obstructed in any way you are to have delivery made, notwithstanding any command made before now, or to be made.Item, a writ to the receivers of the said ninth in the county of Gloucestershire, whose receipts are assigned to the said merchants for the sustenance of the King's household, in the aforesaid manner.
