- [Parts of this petition are faded and partially illegible.]The petitioner states that he inherited certain lands and tenements in Heanton Satchville in Devon from his father, but that when he was under age, his steward, Thomas, enfeoffed Robert Yee with these lands and tenements, and by deceit managed to disinherit Oliver. Robert has entered the lands with the connivance of Thomas and has made waste and destruction in them. Oliver requests a writ to Thomas and Robert to appear before the King and to answer on these deceits.
