- [The petition is damaged making the sense difficult to recover].Berton requests that the executors of the cardinal answer him for the £9 still due for money owed to his late brother for pelts bought for the king's father's use, and for which the cardinal and Hungerford only paid at a lower price than the pelts were bought at. Leeventhorp was ordered to pay the petitioner from any residue of unassigned money received from the duchy of Lancaster but letters relating to this are held by Petworth.
