Nature of request
Felde requests that when the king recovers his estate in the property on Thames Street in London, the remaining term of a lease in which should have come to the king on the forfeiture of Beauchamp, that he grant it to Felde. The abbot of Chertsey leased the same to Trigg for 60 years, and he in his turn granted the term to Beauchamp, but on Beauchamp's forfeiture the abbot and convent with Trigg's assent entered the same property though it pertained to the king.
