William Outy requests remedy, stating that although he was presented by the king to the church of Newchurch on the Isle of Wight, in the king's hands with the other temporalities of the abbey of Lyre during the war, and was properly inducted to that church, Chitterne has since persuaded the king that the church was vacant and secured presentment to it.
