- Elizabeth Tryvet states that the king ordered Clynton, Frevyle, Clynton and Darnell, executors of John Clynton, to deliver to her a reasonable proportion of the goods of Lymbery, her late father. However, they have refused to do this, retaining in their possession a silver vessel worth £100 belonging to her, and she therefore requests that the king summon the executors before him on 15 April next to explain why they have not executed his order. She has no time to sue before the common law as the king is preparing to go to Ireland.
