- Elizabeth Tryvet states that she delivered a certain silver vessel to John de Clynton on the understanding that, on his death, it would be delivered to Sothill to her own use. However, Thomas Clynton and the other executors of John Clynton have refused to make delivery until Sothill makes quitclaim to them, which he has refused to do. She therefore requests that the king order Sothill to make the necessary acquittance, or to appear before him on 15 April next, so that this can be resolved before the king leaves for Ireland.
