Ralph de Sauston requests remedy, stating that he has returning to his house in Babraham from the king's sessions in Cambridge when he was assaulted by Parys and others. He asks that his attackers be summoned before the council under pain of £200, and that they be ordered to make due compensation.
Nature of endorsement
On 3 March in the ninth year the council grant that a writ be sent ordering Parys to be before them at the quindene of Easter next, under penalty of £100.
