Short title: Benson v Stevens.

Document type: Two bills and two answers.

Plaintiffs: John Benson.

Defendants: John William [Egerton] Earl of Bridgwater, Sarah Stevens, Mary Symons, Thomas Gurney and wife and John Jeffery and Elizabeth Jeffery his wife.

amended by an order dated 26 January 1814: George Jeffery added as defendant.

plaintiff admitted a pauper by order dated 9 June 1812.

one answer not identified, probably the extra answer with C1819 B42.
