Short title: Dodson v Manning.

Document type: Bill and five answers.

Plaintiffs: James Dodson late of Southwark, Surrey hop and seed factor but now of Cranbrook, Kent, brewer.

Defendants: William Manning Josias Jackson, Nicholas Richards, George Marshall, Samuel Berry, George Paxton, John Richards alias John Baker Richards, Thomas Clarke and Edward Bigg.

amended by an order dated 16 November 1809: Edward Helling and James Denew.

revived Michaelmas 1810, plaintiffs name Oliver.

Subject: non payment of monies due on a bill of exchange in a series of deals trading in hops, where Isaac Menclin of Cheepside, London perfumerer was acting as agent fo John Collins late of Berners Street, Middlesex , esquire since deceased.
