- [The right edge of this petition is destroyed.]The petitioner complains that the power of the guilds and fraternities is preventing the investigation of crimes and the proper application of justice, and requests that all unauthorised guilds be disbanded.

- All guilds and fraternities made or continued without the authority of the king should be repealed and annulled, and those who have been attainted should be imprisoned and put to the king's will.
