- [Petition in 3 parts]. 1) Ferings requests that he be granted that he can have and use the liberties and free customs which he and his predecessors have had and used, and he requests the king's letter on this. 2) Ferings requests that the justices holding the eyre in the county of Dublin be ordered to respite all things touching him and his liberties until the end of the eyre. 3) Ferings requests that the king will grant his letters of protection, with the clause, to last for 2 years.
