- Tregoys requests a writ on the ordinance made in the parliament at Westminster on 2 May, 9 Hen. V as Tregoys has arraigned an assize of novel disseisin before the justices of assize against John Archer for certain tenements in Dowran and elsewhere whereof Roger Archer was seised together with other lands in the county and enfeoffed the duke of Bedford and others, who leased the tenements to John Archer named in the assize.
