- Thomas Page of Kirtlington requests that he be restored to a croft in Kirtlington which his grandfather has leased to the Countess of Warwick, tenant of the manor of Kirtlington. After the countess' death Kirtlington passed to Despenser, who took the croft as part of the manor, and the manor and croft are now in the king's hands following Despenser's forfeiture.
