- 28 February 8 [Henry V] the council agrees that he have licence by those named in the petition or others to buy in Gloucestershire and Somerset 100 quarters of wheat, 300 quarters of hay and peas, and 300 quarters of oats, and to ship it from Bristol to the duchy for stocking provided that he finds surety that it is only shipped to the duchy, and provided the king is answered for the customs.
