- Seyntmor requests remedy as he brought a writ of account against Cockerel and he was attached, but was subsequently rescued by Copping and others by force and arms, and Seyntmor's men were taken, imprisoned and ill-treated. He requests this remedy as he was in the king's service and was a keeper of the peace and this was done in contempt of the king. He also requests a commission of oyer and terminer and that because the trespass occurred on the border of Norfolk and Suffolk that the inquisition be taken of those of Norfolk and Suffolk.
