Compiled and lithographed at the Intelligence Division, War Office, December 1891; revised to December 1894. Overprinted to show the assumed distribution of the Soviet army in Russia, 30 April 1919. Originally illustrating an appreciation of the internal situation in Russia produced by the General Staff, War Office and dated 25 April 1919.
