Engraved and published at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, 1899. Second edition 1909-1910. Printed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, 1912. Signed by O E [?Warting], 2nd Lieutenant, Intelligence Officer, Southern Army (HD).
