Description

Stair to Carteret: movements of Hessian and British troops. Shortage of officers among the British. Arenberg's demand for more quarters for the Austrians. Artillery horses and the forage contractors. Packet boats in relation to recruiting officers and the post. PS. on an epidemic amongst the French in Bavaria etc. Dated at Ghent. ff. 72-74
