Stair to Carteret: he encloses a letter from Dupontpietin [SP 87/11/19], who still refuses to march, and another [SP 87/11/20] from Colonel [Humphrey] Bland. Harrach has insisted on a written answer from the bishop of Liège. Mons, Charleroi and Ath are secured. PS. that he attaches Bland's disposition for the march of the Hanoverians [SP 87/11/20]. Dated at Ghent. ff. 36, 37
