He encloses a project [SP 87/10/105] he has shown to Arenberg, Neipperg and Harrach. He encloses papers given by Prince George of Hesse and General Dupontpietin. Execution, after court martial, of a trooper. He suggests the destruction of the defences at Dunkirk. Dated at Brussels. ff. 210-213
