Carteret to Stair: the king has ordered the quartermaster-general in Hanover, General Pauli, to repair to The Hague to advise on routes in the empire. Stair should then issue orders for the movement of the Hanoverian, Hessian and British troops, and Arenberg likewise for the Austrians. He should advise Königseck of the plan.
