Stair to Carteret: he encloses a copy of his agreement with Aremberg for the quartering of troops in Flanders [SP 87/8/56], a tariff agreed between the duke of Marlborough and the states general [SP 87/8/57] and a state of Maria Theresa's armies in Bavaria, Bohemia and Moravia [SP 87/8/58]. He encloses a letter from Mr. [Thomas] Villiers on relations between Prussia, France and Saxony [SP 87/8/59], and his own memorial 'calculated for this place'. Ps. on French reinforcements being sent to Dunkirk. Dated at The Hague. ff. 122, 123
