John Clevland. Doctor Hales received a letter from Mr Yeoman, Inspector of Ventilators, about being paid his traveling charges. Mr Yeoman has since delivered an account of his expenses for traveling to the several Yards to fix ventilators and to instruct the proper persons therein and opine it is reasonable. Propose that Mr Yeoman can be allowed 7s. a day whenever there is a necessity for him to go to Chatham, Sheerness, Portsmouth and Plymouth beginning 17th November 1756
