Description

John Clevland. Lieutenant Ogle of the Prince Frederick at Plymouth has requested that the usual affidavit required by the pressing instructions, is dispensed with so he can receive his pay. He has sworn that the sums charged for pressing men were expended. Lieutenant Ogle has not expressed the sum charged against each particular article is the same for which it was expended and not otherwise. His accounts have been examined and are reasonable and opine the affidavit can be accepted
