Description

John Clevland. Lieutenant Burdon of the Flamborough at Deptford got in her masts last Thursday and has frequently applied to the master Attendant for Riggers and men to put in the Ballast but none has yet been sent. Have ordered the Deptford Officers who have sent a reply
