John Clevland. Receipt of letter from Henry Thames, Agent to the Transports for bringing over the Dutch Forces from Helveotsluys. He waited on Colonel Yorke at the Hague, giving him a list of the transports. He was told it would be some time before the Forces would be ready and was ordered to return to the transports and stay at Helveotsluys until he had further orders from him or Colonel Durand who is to command the embarkation.
