John Clevland. John Henniker informs 18 men coming from Ramsgate to London under protection to sail on the Stafford, taken up to carry Forces to North America, were impressed, yesterday, in Longreach and put on the Ambuscade. John Thompson has reported that John Miller, Chief Mate of the Integrity, hired for the same service, was yesterday impressed whilst under protection and put on the Hunter Tender which lays off the Tower. Mrs Crowley and Company report that Robert Stothart was impressed from their ship, the Mary, taking stores to the Yard by Lieutenant Johnson of the Oxford. John Christmas belonging to the Barges of this Office was impressed, today, and put on the Harwich at Deptford and ask for them to be discharged
