Description

John Clevland. Messrs. John and Robert Batson are under contract with us for building a 20-gun ship and sloop and report that Robert Richard, one of their workmen, has injured himself and is unable to work but when he returned he was impressed onto a tender even though under protection. Propose he is discharged so the contractors can complete their work
