Copy letter from Commissioner Rogers. Answers to complaints about the behaviour of Mr Tolcher.
26 May 1755 Copy letter from the Plymouth Officers to Commissioner Rogers. Mr Tolcher seldom acted in concert with his brother officers on the Survey and his books were in confusion. No entries were made in the painter's book for near 5 years or the paviour's for 3 years, receipt of timber for 2 years and has not kept an abstract of standing orders.
