John Clevland. The widow of John Duster has petitioned for pay for the time he acted as Carpenter of the Falcon Sloop. How he and John Watson stand on the books. Conclude Watson received wages as Carpenter of the Falcon Sloop for part of the time John Duster acted as Carpenter and was also paid as Carpenter of the Sunderland but John Duster has not been paid for when he acted as Carpenter. Opine John Watson should pay John Duster's widow for part of the time and that his current wages for the Thetis should be stopped
